Rest Day
Still feeling yesterday in my hamstrings and my core. I'll be taking the day off so my body gets some rest. I have a METCON coming up on Friday and will need to be refreshed.
Breakfast
1 Breakfast Chop w/Home made Apple Syrup (left over from the Almond Flour Pancakes.)
2 lg eggs w/ Bell Pepper/Onion/Garlic/Spinach
Lunch
Gazpacho
1 Mango
