Note
I have gotten lazy on my blogging and forgot to post anything the past few days. Needless to say, so far the Paleo diet has proven to be successful. I continue to lose weight even on days that I don't exercise, and I feel great through out the day.

On a side note, tomorrow is day 1 of my 100 Day Burpee Challange. Wish me luck on making it all the way. It is going to be a test of endurance for sure.
