NoteI moved up too fast on the weight, got to round 5 and attempted to hit 255, knowing that my PR is 265. Got it up once, coulnd't get it up a second lift, so I dropped back to 245 with the same results. At this point I wanted to get back into the routine w/60sec rest so I dropped to 235 lbs, put it up twice, realized I was going to get smoked from the exertion, so I stepped it back down to 225 and finished the set.
